New membership process

The potential new member candidate will complete an application form and submit a check for the membership fee in an amount of $125.00. Next, the Membership committee will discuss the requirements and expectations of membership with the candidate.

Applications are accepted each month through the third weekly meeting and processing will be completed, verified and new membership announced no later than the fourth meeting. The Membership committee will verify references, determine eligibility and report back to the executive committee.

If there is no perceived conflict with the application, the Leadership Team will review the application and vote for ratification. If approved, the membership committee chairman will notify the applicant, hand over the check to the treasurer to deposit, and ask the applicant to sign off on agreeing to comply with the guidelines. If the application is rejected, the applicant will be notified of such by the membership committee chairman and the applicant’s check will be returned with the understanding that he/she will no longer be permitted to attend meetings.

An individual may decide to purchase two slots/categories in the group, provided that there is no conflict of interest and he/she assigns and maintains a separate individual to represent that category at all meetings and maintains each category in good standing.  The cost of the additional slot will be the same as the initial membership and no discount for multiple memberships will be applied.
